So, after getting my Jet Ski repaired after sitting for quite sometime, I noticed that the gauge isn't reading properly. I filled my tank up, and headed out. When I got to the lake, I turned on the electronics and opened the gas. The gauge is only reading half a tank when I have a full tank. When the tank reads empty, it's usually about half way full.

What could be causing this problem?

could be the fuel sender. they are about $15 on ebay.
