I bought a used 2000 900 STX...ran great for about 4 hours but when I was idling into a restaurant to dock, it just quit with no warning, noises or any hint of a problem...Engine turns over with a good fuel flow but won't start...I pulled a spark plug out, left the boot on and turned the engine over and got no spark from the plug....any ideas or help in which direction to go?
OK...trying to do the process of elimination now....I disconnected the start/stop wire connection to the ebox, jumped the starter relay and still no spark to the plugs....help!! please!
A newbie here w/ electrical issue
Well.......
Since last post I've removed the Ebox cover...all connections were tight and corrosion free...can anyone tell me how to check the igniter?
