Default 1998 STX shaft problems
I have a 1998 STX, while riding it, I hear a bang and then the ski shuts off. When I am looking at the drive shaft with the seat off, it is moving back and forward, so I am thinking there is problem with the bearing that is goes through to attach to the impeller?

Any thoughts?
