Default Kawasaki STX DI Air temp Voltage?

I'm trying to trouble shoot my 2000 1100 STX DI and had the doce checked which says the air temp sensor is open. I ohmed out the sensor after removal, cleaninig and I believe it's good.. 88Deg - 1030 ohms. I turned the system on (didn't start it) and got .25 volts from the EMM going to the sensor (at the connector). Does someone out there have a similar ski that can measure your voltage output from EMM to AT sensor at the connector??

Default

I checked the water temp sensor, which shows the same Ohms range and it has a .35 V output as well, so I guess it's OK. The sensors ohm out OK as well.. I finally found a clogged stator cover (by oil injector pump)so no water was making it to the EMM
