97 900stx carb issues
Rebuilt carbs but manual said no to fuel pumps. Changed gas, lines, plugs ect. Still will not run but a minute then boggs down esp. in water. I noticed the fuel filter only has trace amounts of gas running through while cranked. Should it fill completely up? Do I need to check reed valve next? And could it be the fuel pumps? Why would manual say not to rebuild them?
