We just recently purchased a jet ski and the trim doesnt seem to work properly. Should it still function with the engine not running?

i have same issue with both 96's i just got 750 and 900. Can push trim button and nothing happen

ive read there is a fuse but not sure which one or that the cables let water past and it will sieze motors

the problem is usualy when water gets into trim control box( its the triangle box on the front rt of motor) you can open it up and dry it out. but you need to seal the cable that leads to the control box. I have done this once or twice, it works for a while.

yup got both of mine pulled out and motors were siezed and 750 control module is shot
