Default 97 Kawasaki 750 SS - fuel issue

So, I recently fixed an issue with my stator. The jet ski starts well with starting fluid, but does not continue to run.

I can see dribbles of fuel going into the clear plastic fuel filter, but not really a steady flow.

I put a pressure tester inline and don't see any fuel pressure on the supply line when cranking.

Not sure where to go from here. I have the service manual, but don't really see a very good walkthrough on this one.

Anyone know a good way to go about testing this one?

Thanks!
