any advise would be helpful
I own a 1997 Kawasaki 11oo ski. At the end of the summer the ski was put away running fine. Yesterday i took it out of the garage to charge the battery and changed the plugs. The ski cranked right up only one problem When I have the hose connected the ski boggs down when I take it off to blow the water out it has full power. I took it to the lake to check it and it would not even plane out. When i took it out of the water it had full power on the trailer.
