Default 250X lack power!

Its been about 10 days since I've been on the water. I took out my 250X today and a little bit of water was found during the MUSSLE inspection. The water was pump out and i was on my way(i would say a pint was pumped out.) Once I got out of the 5MPH zone, i noticed Lack of power top speed of 8MPH with 3 people. I ditched my passengers and was able to go 18MPH not much better. I have a 2007 with only 18 hours. After I got out of the water I found a very small water had found its way into the engine compartment again. I pulled the air duct tube off of the back box to see if any water was coming in from there, the inside of the tube was dry. there appears to be a clear drainage hose On the bottom of the black plastic box that eventually goes into the intake. I found oil and water inside of this hose. I suspect thats why i have water and oil at the bottom of the engine compartment. Next i opened up the oil cap and pulled the oil dipstick. the oil level above full. water also is in the oil.

When i was on the water the engine was struggling at high RPM and also sounds like water.

Any feedback would be very helpful

I also pulled the plugs, they didn't seem to be overtight, they came out easily. Not fouled and seem to be fairly new

Thanks for the hekp! I took it in to the place that did the oil change, the overfilled the oil when i had it in last. I ran five hours with no problems. I was told the overfilled oil saturated the filter. The oil was changed. and sparkplugs were also changed. I was told two plugs weren't firing.
