Default 96 750 randomly dies, 900cc is boggy on low end

Just picked up some kawasakis just trying to get them running like they should

on the 900 it runs pretty good, had her up to 55 a few times has decent power( im at 4500 feet above sea level). One thing ive noticed is if you just stab it off the get go it bogs and nearly dies. If you ease into it for a second then go full throttle its great. I know on these carbs there is a H and a L. i think its a bit rich on the bottom end do you turn these in to go leaner or turn out?

On the 750cc it will ride great for 20-30 min then boom out of no where just bogs down like it ran out of fuel, can get it started back up but cant get into the throttle then after putting it around you can get back on it and it seems to be fine
Ive been told maybe the fuel pump needs a new diaphram or rebuilt. I checked all the hoses and lines seems to be good, replaced the one from the crankcase and has brand new fuel filter

we only ride in the 4-5000 feet of elevation area so trying to find out where these carbs should be set

thanks!
