2002 Kawasaki STS won't fire
I've been riding this ski for months and this weekend after riding for 2 hrs, the ski wouldn't fire up. Just dead when lanyard was in stop switch and ignition button pressed.
Brought home, placed battery on charger (but charger indicated the battery was already fully charged), reconnected battery after 10 hrs of charging anyway and the ski turned over several times.
Things seem ok now, but don't want to get stranded again.
Any ideas?
Is there an electrical control condition that automatically disables the ignition system for some reason and only resets when battery is disconnected? I seem to remember this issue on an old Sea Doo.
