I would like to ask what anyone might suggest for a throttle conversion kit to thumb would be for a 300x and 250x.
I'm a sled/quad Diehard and would like to know what clean conversions have been used.

You could use one off an older ski, or get one from your quad, or sled. Actually I don't think a quad one would work without getting a new cable. Are they a direct pull, or are they like a dirt bike that around the circle piece? Anyway, pretty much any direct pull
All you should need is a thumb throttle and throttle cable from a 650SX from ebay or a boneyard. That's all I used.
