Default Kawasaki TS650 engine oil level ?

Hi guys. New to the forum as have just bought my kids a 95 TS 650. A few problems needed sorted with some gaskets etc but took it onto Loch Lomond last weekend and the kids had fun ! The ski wasnt too fast so I have ordered a new impeller today. Was checking for the engine oil level tonight and removed the screwed top up cap(at the front under the seat) hoping to see a dip stick or oil in the engine. Theres no dipstick on the screw cover and I have no idea how to check the level ? Is there a sight glass somewhere or can anyone point me in the right direction. Many thanks in advance !

Can anyone help here ? Should have mentioned the previous owner removed the 2 stroke tank and the oil is mixed with the petrol. I dont know if there is a connection between the tank and the sump of the engine ? Any help would be appreciated !
