Default Stalls on Water after jumping wakes

I have a '01 Ultra 150 with only 46 hours on it. This ski starts up right away everytime and runs great in the water. I've had it out 3 times this year, and twice it has stalled on me after jumping a small wake from a boat. This has happened about 30 mins into my ride and had to get towed back to land. Once on the trailer, I pull the plugs which remain dry, spray a little starter fluid, and the ski starts right back up again. Does anyone know why I keep stalling out after jumping a wake? I have good compression and spark plug readings.

Check the fuel filter. You might not notice anything with you eye, but there may be something in there preventing fuel flow. Maybe even an air bubble. OR some thing electrical is loose and cutting the ski off after jostling it from a jump.
