Hello,

I bought a 1993 SC 650. I have read about blocking off the oil pump and pre mixing the oil as the oil pumps are known to fail. What ratio do I mix the oil?

I'm not sure about your exact model, but my two '95's run at 50:1. I think all kawi 2-strokes use 50:1, but I know a lot of guys run them a bit richer... often at 40:1.
