The 10 amp fuse is between the battery and the Charging circuits (which get power from the Stator). Maybe one of the electrical accessories or devices are shorted (like the starter relay, or a gauge cluster), but my guess it is the Rectifier/Regulator module in the e-box. Your battery is trying to drive current backward thru the rectifiers (because they are fried & now shorted out). So check your rectifier/regulator module, and hope you find them shorted, with no further damage, as that will make you lucky. If you are not lucky, the Stator windings are burned out also, and that will cost you more $$$. One cause of these problems is hooking up the battery backwards, even just for a moment.
