How do you disconnect the cable to the trim motor with out having to take every thing apart? Is there an easy way to do that thanks Brian

the cable that controls the jet is not removable unless you remove the cover and disconnect it from the motor. The wires up front you can disconnect and you can swing it up above the motor for easier access for working. hope that helps.
