New to Ski's and Have a few quick questions
Just purchased an 02 Virage 1200TXI. When started it runs at 5000rpm. Figured out that the throttle just isn't returning right and in the process of tearing the TB's off and cleaning to remedy. However I also figured out that the spring on the arm for the Oil pump has broke. Local polaris dealer wants 275$ for a new pump and can not get the spring seperate. Does anyone know anyplace I may be able to find this spring seperately? They had also mentioned to possibly just tear the pump off and plug all the oil lines going into the engine and just running premix. Anyone have any thoughts on wether or not that is a good idea and what ratio I should run if I do??? Thanks
