Default water in motor

92 polaris, runs on garden hose just fine gets water in motor when launched, replased ex gasket no obvious cracks anywhere. Any ideas?

My first guess would be,leaking at head gaskets,probably #1 cylinder if it runs on a garden hose.Could also be a cylinder wall or cylinder gasket,the early 650 had coolant passages in cases.
