Default 1996 Polaris SL 650 Starting problems

Hello, I'm new here. Hope everybody is doing well. I have a 1996 Polaris SL 650 that has been sitting since spring when I last fired it up but has not been in the water this season. Now it won't start. I have spark and if I give it a quick blast of starting fluid in the cylinders it will fire but it won't take off running. If I try shooting spray into the carbs with the air box top off I get nothing. This is my first ski so I don't know much about trouble shooting them. The fuel was fresh last fall and fired up this spring. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks.
