Default crankshaft threads damaged

I own a 94 slt750, and I had to remove the flywheel to change the bendix. While removing the flywheel, my puller split on the end and damaged the first 2 threads on the crank. Does anyone know the thread pitch and size of these threads. I need to get a die, since the nut will not begin to thread on, but I dont know the size or where to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Francis.
