Default 1994 SL 750 Clicking from Computer

Hello, I'm new here and was hoping you could help me with my SL 750 - I have had this since new and everything was fine until I sold it to a buddy - it was running about 8 months ago and now it isn't!!! I gave him his money back and now I'm trying to get it running again...

Here is the symptom - when you try and start it, it just clicks from the computer box that sits on top of the battery - I took that apart and it seems like the large back box inside the water proof shell is the "clicker" it won't turn over or anything - do you think it's the brain, or the starter or could the engine be frozzen?? Anything???!!!

Let me know what cha all think... .thanks! JBS

Thank you! Do you think that would need to be replaced if it's just clicking or would something else cause it to just click and not try to turn over the engine??
