Just bought a 2000 SLX Polaris, got in the water, starts fine, idles good, gas it and the rpm start and the pwc moves, will only go slowly and then gas it more to go and whine loudly and sounds like not kicking into next gear??? I dont' know much but have a mechanic who works on but needs help troubleshooting...... is this bogging? how do I fix it? The 97 SL1050 I bought recently runs like a champ, no similar problem with this one................also when I bought they had both been out of the water for over 2 years..... help please and thanks
