Hey everyone, buddy of mine just picked up a 92 SL650 in great running condition, just had to replace fuel, and spark plugs, thing runs like a champ.
We took it out last night, and its very unstable. like if your full throttle (on flat, calm water) it jumps and skips on top of the water. And when you let go of the throttle the ski does a nose dive.
I tried sitting all the way to the back of the seat, and it didnt help, but when i shifted my weight all the way forward against the handlebar, i didnt skip on the water.
this ski doenst have sponsons, anyone suggest getting some? (they were never installed)
the hull doesnt fill up with water, so there are no holes and the seals are good all around.
Any Ideas?
