My 1997 sl 900 bilge pump is always on. It killed one battery, I was unable to recharge battery. Would rather not have to disconnect bilge every time I get done riding. It has a RULE 360 in it, as far as I can tell it is not an automatic. Any ideas? What turns the pump on, is it controlled by a computer or just the switch? Would love any kind of help. Thanks

Well if it's automatic then it's a bad pump. You can get a new automatic 500 gallon one to replace it or just put an in-ine switch on the old one.
