Brent: Describe HOW it goes into "limp" mode ? Does it slow down just like you turned off the key? (possible mild seizure). Does it start up right away or only after it has cooled down?

tv4fish: The ski will start up right after it dies. Then will run about 100yrds. The power comes in more of a surg patern. Any ideas ?

Brent: Sounds like a fuel "delivery" problem. I would check fuel/water seperator (filter), then fuel pump. (Just saw your other post) - I would also suggest you check ALL wiring connections to make sure none of them are loose or corroded.
