Default 1996 Polaris SLT 780

Hey all, i'm new to the forum and new to waverunners. A Friend of mine gave me a SLT 780 for free. He said they ran great but havent been started in a little while. He said from sitting the propeller shaft gets seized. Right now it doesnt even start at all. New to this forum, i was wondering if anyone could either type me a list of things i could do to try and getting it running, or a website, i.e. charge batter, check gas, blah blah, like i said i'm new to this so the more info the better. Thank you ALL in advanced!!!
