99 SLT700 carb issue
When engine is cold will idle good but coming off of idle needs a shot of choke. You would think lean BUT took to lower elevation and problem is not as bad. So much for lean idea. Once engine is warm it runs like a top. Have cleaned and went through carbs very carefully 3 times. Found nothing.
