I have added another battery to my pwc which helped with starting out of the water. I can get it to start once in the water and it runs great. When I kill the engine it will not restart. I can then pull it out of the water and start it again. Any suggestions?

your problem is in the fuel system. have a technition o/h carbs and flush out your tank. that should fix your problem. any problem with the ignition system would cause your machine to go into limp-mode.

no when it does not start it does not have spark

does you pwc have a reserve position on the fuel valve?

yes tried it but like i said it has no spark
