Default 96 slx 780

hey guys new to the site just bought a 96 slx 780 middle cylinder had no compression tore out motor came to find tops of pistons were really beat up as well as heads. took off the flywheel side jug and piston to find there were two needs from the wrist pin bearing cage broken and the other halfs were no where to be found. im assuming the needles got into the cylinder and thats what created the damage to the pistons the one piston is beat up real bad as well as the head but the cylinder is in perfect shape the middle piston is messed up as well and the cylinder is also scored might hone out not sure yet but i was wondering if i need split the case and clean it out? can it be cleaned out? the crank feels tight spins very free isnt "gritty" like spining a bearing with dirt or metal shavings in it need advice thank you in advance and does anyone know where i can get one jug if need be?
