Default problems with 2000 genisis

I have an unusual problem with my skis. I can't seem to get the engine to fire. So I check the compression in all three cylinders and it was 130,125,127. After that I checked for spark and all three were lighting up. At this point I figured it was a carb issue. thats when I poured a little gas down into them and tried to start it. but not one cylinder fired. I have no idea what to do now. I mean could the timing be that far off that it wouldn't fire at all. If anyone has an idea. I'd appreciate it
