hello killer454 here
i have a 2001 polaris 1200 and my bilage pump is not working either i just ordered one from ebay for 23.00.it keept blowing the fuse in my black box.
about your no spark problem-these polaris skis need atleast 10.6 volts when cranking to start.if you crank the starter and while cranking it is only getting 10.0 volts you will not get fire to the plugs for some reason.
i have taken mine to the lake a couple of times and tryed to start it and it would turn over fine for a couple minites but no fire to plugs.
so i hooked jumper cables from my kawasaki 750 to my polaris and bam started right up hard to explain.
after rideing the polaris on the lake for 2 hours no problem starting at all.
try charging the battery first off.
check all ground wires on the ski
i dont know if this will help i just got into pwc 2 months ago myself
i already rebuilt top end on a kawasaki 750 ssxi,i have 600.00 in it
i have cleaned carbs on both skis man they are different from working on dirtbikes and atvs that is what im used to working on.i traded my 2003 yz450f dirtbike for the 2001 polaris slx 1200 and a double trailer.me and my 8 year old daughter love rideing these things.
if you check the battery and grounds and no luck get back on here and i will give you the electrical trouble shooting guide for my 1200,i have a manual it might help you track it down.
