Hey guys first post here...I recently picked up a 78 Kawi 440 sx that was completly stock and in rough shape but running for $100!! Sounded like a deal to me...This is my first ever PWC.

Anyways, After 3 days of riding/figuring out the world of stand-ups....I NEED more power!!! Bottom end, Mid-range, Top end..All of it. I have been told i can easily convert the 440 to a 550 (dont worry i've got a pwc mechanic to do the work for me) Have also been told a pipe makes a big difference.

SO.... I am looking to buy a 550 kit, a pipe, or anything else that makes a good overall difference.

I also am on a pretty big budget only looking to spend a couple hundred.
