mostly complete with the exception of some engine parts

no cases

have cranks, some rods, bearings, carbs and such

complete jet drive, some gauges, tanks fuel pumps

mines red, so ya dont want the seat then, yes, one has some like foam rubber mats all around it

I dont feel like tearing things apart that much, I have 2 seats, one is in crappy shape, so if the foam is all you need, we can see about that one, the foot grips, I am not going to pull them off. they will tear easily and is too much work to get them out...

I am only parting out the major parts or things that are easy to get off the unit, after that, I am scrapping the hulls. I am just trying to recoupe my money I paid for them, I only bought them for a couple of parts, so after I deduct my parts I took off, and what I can sell in parts, I am happy to get back something

not looking to nit pick them out to make every last dollar, just to get back something before I scrap the hulls in the spring.
