Hi,Andrew here from jetskifishing in New Zealand,I have a setup that is custom to fit on many late model PWC's including the Honda. It is called the "Ultimate Rod Holder" Kit and is a stainless steel rack with 4 x Rod Holders and an Igloo Chilli Bin. They work great and have a unique fastening system which attaches within 1 minute, with no screwing to your ski.
