Default PWC legal problem in Florida
Hey, y'all--

I was an idiot and let my 13-yr-old operate a jet ski. Of course, I got busted. It's a criminal charge. Has anyone had to fight this? What are the penalties? I'm getting letters from lawyers offering to represent me for $750!

Any advice is appreciated.

edit: the bust was a routine traffic stop, not due to an accident or anything.
