Exclamation Flipped rxt-x 260

Two days ago, i flipped my Rxt-x 260 RS (2011 model) it was in gentle surf, there was no problems with the situation, i speedily, flipped the jetski right back up. Checked under the seat to find water, but not a great amount to affect the jetski to much, started it and drove away with a slightly lagging jetski due to the extra weight. Once the water seamed to be cleared, it was running fine, the acceleration was all the same. When i took it out of the water, i cleaned the inside with fresh water and a cleaning sollution as recommended, and i also made sure there was no remaining water. The next day i went out on it and the acceleration was all the same no difference to how the jetski normally performs, until i tried to race someone, i noticed a particular decrease in top end speed, being around 61 - 63, which i can normally easily, hit 67 - 69. And The conditions were particularly smooth. I was just wondering what could cause this? any possible things wrong? And if so, how i could fix? Because personally i cant think of any, the acceleration was as always amazingly quick, and it reacted the same way it normally would, just that top end speed couldnt push up to ita normal capacity. Thanks heaps.
