Engine upgrade, Doo it or not?
I have a 1996 SP with a blown 587. I am going to install a overhauled engine. I am wondering if I should purchase a larger engine and if I did, what kind of problems will I run in to? I know I would need a different impeller and carb but what about the exhaust, engine mount and anything else you folks can think of? Is this a bad idea? Looking for someone who has done this or have decided against it and why.
