Default 1999 gtx water in one cylinder and runs then slowly dies

PI have a 99 gtx with the 951 in it and I was enjoying a vacation in lake Powell and while on a run around the lake I stop to jump in the water after about a consistent 30 minute ride at about 35 40 MPH running strong and having no problems. So after i cool off I start it back up and get going after a couple minutes it slowly started slowing down and bogging out and then died. Had to take the key off put it back on then restarted just fine and took off and started slow and bog out again after a couple minutes of riding. Checked my plugs and they looked great clean dry and what not. So I started it after sitting about 20 minutes and at idle I heard the motor rattling like when its running when water gets into the cylinder so I ran it and it went away. Then died out again so I got towed back to camp and the next morning I went to start it and it would turn over. Like it was water locked so took plugs out and back plug was dry and front plug was soaked and cranked it over and front cylinder was filled with water and back one was bone dry. So tried to dry out the cylinder with starting fluid and it wouldn't dry out so I don't know what it could be. Head gasket, exhaust gasket, base gasket please help. Sorry for the huge story.

H-R 14, water can enter through exhaust during towing if the water inlet hose was left open.could happen.ur concerned about gasket leaks i believe. try some soapy water and spray on those parts ,and check for air bubbles.good luck!!
