2000 GTX lower motor knock
Need some help, took my sea-doo in and had the marina check out why I was having a power problem (seemed to lag from 2000-4500 rpm). So he hooked it up and said the compression was great but he noticed there was a knock in the lower part of the motor. He told me it could be a sheared bearing or connecting rod, but I have no idea he said I would probably know as soon as I tore the motor apart.
So before I do that I didn't know if anyone else has ever had this kind of problem and have some troubleshoooting advice or knew where to get my hands on a manual.
2000 Sea-Doo GTX 951cc Millennium Edition has 74 hours on it.
Thanks you.
