Default 1994 GTX Died!! Help!!!

I was riding for about three hours with no problems!

And Then!!!

I was moving along with no problem and then engine cut out!!!!

Gas tank 3/4 full!
Selector valve -tried reserve!

Acted as if out of gas!

The only way I was able to get back was moving choke in and out and engine would barely stay running!!!
Start and Stop! Start and Stop! No Power at all move 10ft. cut out!

I recently replaced all grey lines, seafoam in the tank and carbs were rebuilt!

( I do remmeber getting a long, constant, beep noise when starting earlier in the day but it went away- happened twice to come to think of it!)

What could be making this cut out like this!!!???

Possible fuel sender in tank?

I would appreciate any help I can get!

Thanks,
Darren

Or 12v low. Your battery may not be charging or a clog in the cooling system.
