Default oil leak problem 97 xp

i was wondering if someone could help me out. i have a problem with oil leaking on the left side of the engine, opposite side of carbs, when ever i put oil in the oil tank it drains out slowly but when i start it up within a minute my tank is empty, there is a hole that it is coming out off, its about an inch to an inch and a half round and has a spot for a bolt or screw to go in that is in the middle, it is underneath the tee where the oil lines split, i dont know if there is some kind of plug that came out or what that is can someone help me thanks
