Default 1995 Seadoo GTS starts hard and blow oily stuff out back

I just bought the GTS and twice now started hard after cleaning plugs.
Once it starts it is fine but I get this sticky black gunk that comes out the back onto the ground.

Ideas/suggestions? Thanks.

UPDATE: The oily black stuff comes out only when started when cold and not everytime. I'll crank it for a while, pull the plugs and clean the wet/oil off them, heat the plugs up with a lighted and start the engine using the trottle to keep it going, then the gunk comes out the back onto the driveway. A real mess. Not sure what is going on. I will attempt again this weekend and take pictures this time.

can you take a picture for us?

may be old oil that sat in the engine and clumped up, as well as not being properly flushed. (algae, sea grass, etc)

take a pic and PM me so i can post it up for you.

UPDATE: I guess it was residue old oil in the engine/carbs sitting too long.
