Default 98 GTX Stalls at 3500 rpms

Starts fine but rev to 3500 and it stalls imediately.
Suggestions / Ideas?
UPDATE - The plugs are fine and I check the lines.
I'm going to do a compression check and suspect it might be a bad engine.

Are your plugs fouled?

Tried replacing them?
