Sounds like an O.K. deal I got my Kawisaki in the same condition with trailer for close to 400. If you are mechanical rebuilding a two-stroke should be pretty easy. I did a mild tear down myself (water in it) and put new rings and such. It was no problem. When you got to look at it I would bring a pair of Vise-Grips and try and spin the driveshaft if it won't turn then it's most likely siezed. Just my .02 cents. Good luck.
