95 xp start problem
Hey guys new to the fourms.I just got this 95 xp with the 717. Anyways when i push the start button it makes a spin noise but the starter wont kick on and turn the motor then all the lights on the guage all 4 red lights then makes a long cherp noise. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it. When i hit the start button i meter the starter wire it dosnt even switch over any volts.
