Default Low Oil warning after tipping over jet ski

I recently had my 2001 Sea Doo RX DI tipped over. It took the person who tipped it over about five minutes to turn it back over. The ski starts and runs and all of the water is out of the bilge. The problem is the oil low warning is now on and there is plenty of oil. I have ran it for about ten minutes after the low oil warning went on and it does not turn off. What could be the problem? It seems too coincidental that this would happen directly after the ski was tipped over for this not to be related. Does anyone know what the problem is or has anyone ever experienced this?
