Default 90 Seadoo fuel problem

My neighbor has a 1990 seadoo GT there is no fuel getting to the filter under the hood. I was informed this model had a fuel pump. How can I tell if pump is bad? Can you still purchase a kit or new pump for this model. Any suggestions? Thanks for any assistance you can render.

check the fuel selector switch, also does it have grey fuel lines? from what I have read on here they are known to stop up your carbs, selector switch ect.

good luck
