Hi taked to a dearler about putting a stereo in my 2007 gtx and they said it can't be done .Well i just proved them wrong and it works great speakers don't get wet at all and there not marine speaker . System is neat and tidy can't see the speakers and sounds great on the water .
No major cutting or drilling at all took about 1.5 hours to do

Have often considered doing this myself, but a bit concerned about draining battery. Keen to see pics.

No drain on the battery while driving and i've had it on at the beach for a hour and it started up fine . The only thing i wish i could find is 4" speakers that had some bass to them might have to put in a sub if i can find a small one .
