I just bought my first ski and love it. The problem I have is when I have one or two passengers the jet ski will not take off without (Slipping until it gets on plane , then its ok.It also does this when pullling a tube, revs will be high but ski barely moving. With one person the ski gets right up and goes.

Sounds like thrust problem to me. I had exactly the same symptoms, turned out to be a bent prop shaft caused by broken front engine mount, so the engine bounced every time i hit a wave, but yours could be anything else in that assembly. I would have the impeller checked over just in case. I dont think mine was damaged, but time will tell.
